ARL EQUINOX 1000 X-ray Diffractometer

The Thermo Scientific ™ ARL ™ EQUINOX 1000 X-ray diffractometer (XRD) is designed to meet the requirements for structural and phase analysis in both production and research laboratories. Independent table tool without external water cooling and without specific requirements for the power supply. The ARL EQUINOX 1000 uses a standard high-power X-ray tube to excite the sample. The optical path includes a flat monochromator, allowing parallel studies of the beam mode.
