Granulate Flow Testers


ERWEKA`s GT series testers for flowability of powder substances and granular forms have been developed to determine the flow behavior of powders and granules using various measurement methods.

 

The series includes:


GTL - basic model tester for measuring the expiration time of a predefined amount of granulate or powder (according to EP), as well as measuring the expiration time of a given sample volume. The GTL is available with a 480 ml stainless steel funnel and three 10/15/25 mm diameter stainless steel exhaust nozzles.

 

The main features and benefits include:

GT - tester for measuring the expiration time of a predefined amount of granulate or powder (according to EP), as well as measuring the expiration time of a given sample volume, with a built-in scale for measuring the weight of the passed sample. The GT can be supplied with a 480 ml stainless steel funnel and three 10/15/25 mm diameter stainless steel exhaust nozzles.

• Measurement of fluidity for a certain time. (according to Maly)
• Determining the alpha flow angle with graphical representation. (according to List and Müller)

GTB - a fully equipped tester for measuring the expiration time of a predefined amount of granules or powder (according to EP), as well as measuring the expiration time of a given sample volume, with a built-in scale for measuring the weight of the passed sample. In addition to standard measurements of fluidity properties, the GTB has the ability to automatically determine the angle of rest with the help of a built-in laser (class 2).
