The UltraCLAVE microwave system achieves exceptional results in sample digestion, as it uses direct microwave heating combined with a high-pressure reactor. With this system, a large number of different samples can be digested simultaneously without cross-contamination. UltraCLAVE completely changes the rules for microwave sample preparation, increasing the overall efficiency of elemental analysis. Thanks to the high-pressure reaction vessel of the new generation ultraCLAVE is able to operate up to 77 samples simultaneously at temperatures up to 300° C and pressures up to 200bar, increasing laboratory efficiency.
