Dissolution On/Offline System

Semi-automated system by indicator of degree of dissolution with measurement of UV-Vis spectrophotometer and sampling, controlled by Disso.NET. The system consists of a tester from the DT 720 series, an IPC 8 peristaltic pump, an automated ASS-8 sampling station feeding the sample directly to the flow cuvettes for UV / VIS analysis or a fractional collector FRL 6/7/854.

The main features and benefits include:

• Peristaltic pump IPC 8, controlled via RS 232 interface connected to PC and Disso.NET
• Possibility to connect with different spectrophotometers
• Configuration and technical parameters with UV / Vis Thermo Scientific Evolution 350TM
- Double-beam with xenon lamp
- 5-minute cycle with a spectrum from 200 nm to 350 nm
- 100% USP / EP / JP compliance
- Selectable  gap widths(0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 4.0)
• FRL 6/7/854 sample collector with up to 26 sampling intervals
• System control, from Windows-based software Disso.NET, compatible with CFR 21, part 11
