ESCALAB QXi X-ray Photoelectron Spectrometer Microprobe

ESCALAB QXi X-ray photoelectron spectrometer is equipped with a micro-focusing X-ray monochromator, which achieves higher analysis performance. The availability of various accessories and sample preparation options provide a solution to many problems related to the analysis of material surfaces.

The available software further simplifies the work and maximizes the information obtained from the analysis.
