ARL EQUINOX LAUE X-ray Diffractometer

The Thermo Scientific™ ARL™ EQUINOX LAUE X-ray diffractometer is a cost-effective solution based on Laue`s method for determining the orientation of large single crystals, thanks to reflected or transmitted radiation through a stationary crystal. By the method of back reflection, the 2D detector is placed between the X-ray source and the crystal. The backward diffraction radiation crosses the detector and is detected.
