iCAP PRO XP ICP-OES

iCAP PRO XP - Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometers (ICP-OES) with vertically positioned torch, Echelle and the latest generation CID detector excellent detection limits. It combines a high level of efficiency with an iFR analysis mode measuring the entire wavelength spectrum or an eUV analysis mode measuring the UV region of the spectrum with better sensitivity, offering full functionality of the device with optimal performance in all applications.
